Grace holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and a sustainability-focused Master of Business Administration (with distinction) from Griffith University. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Inner Temple) in 2011 and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2012.

She developed a broad practice at a distinguished law firm in Kuala Lumpur, where she later served as a partner. Her practice encompasses commercial and civil litigation, multi-jurisdictional intellectual property portfolio management, transnational financial crime regulatory compliance, and cross-border data breach incident response.

Grace has represented multinational corporations, government entities, and not-for-profit organisations in complex intellectual property and commercial disputes, civil actions, and public interest matters. She also advises clients in highly regulated industries—such as financial services, life sciences, aviation, infrastructure, and energy—on governance, legal risk, and regulatory compliance issues. Her work includes collaborating with client-appointed consultants to manage legal risks while balancing the operational and reputational impacts of commercial disputes, regulatory actions, and civil litigation.

Grace is focused on keeping communication simple and clear, making it easy for stakeholders to understand the facts and strategies, so they can confidently make decisions.
